Every single spa has to be tested for 24 hours before it is released to us and all our spas conform to CE standards and are TUV approved. All working parts are warrantied for up to 5 years and are available in UK warehouses, so should a breakdown occur, we can provide a rapid response from our inhouse engineers who are trained to the highest EU standards. We are also on hand 7 days of the week to provide advice and ongoing support.
